Cushion

I'm just back from 10 days holiday in Cyprus.  It was a lovely time of year to go.  Hot  - but not too hot - and with the pool and sea warm enough for swimming comfortably.
But no matter how much I enjoy holidays it's always great to get back home.
While I was away it was my friend's birthday so I had given her a present before I left and told her she had to keep it and open it on her birthday.
I made a little cushion for her bed.  The pattern was in Patchwork & Quilting magazine and I thought it was so cute when I saw it. I had to adapt it a bit because in the original pattern the pots were painted on to the fabric and I just wanted to use fabric.  But I think it turned out ok.  Embroidery was a bit shaky but my reasoning is it just makes it more quirky!!!
